- Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service
- Schedule photography of property for marketing materials
- Order for sale sign for your yard and directional signs if necessary
- Create ‘for sale’ flyers of your home
- Post flyers in office/distribute to other agents, place in home
- “Just Listed” postcards mailed to your neighbors
- Notify other real estate offices/agents of your home
- Schedule property for office tour
- Prepare ad copy and submit to local news paper and other print media
- Phone any potential buyers with details of listings
- Arrange showings for other agents  
- Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports
- Review marketing activities with you and provide you with market updates
